This is truly the Universal relining machine...the Model 38 will handle truck or bus brake shoes up to 7-1/2" wide.  It will also handle the largest clutch plates, or steering clutches on bulldozers.  This machine will handle equally well, the smallest rivet size, No. 3 to the largest size, No. 10, 1/4 inch shank and 1/2 inch head diameter. The Star Reliner has an 8 inch deep throat, plus convenience, efficiency and reliability perfect for today's all around service. It has the quick adjustable ball bearing countersinker, and a 7-1/2" wide brake shoe grinder with a powerful dust collector, both with an operating speed of 3500.  It has an old rivet receptacle and 50 to 1 compound leverage.
