Star's Model 170-HL Hi-Lo Riveter is an air-operated powerhouse that delivers up to 6.500 of plunger force -- enough to punch out or clinch up to 3/8" tubular rivets with ease.  Its foot valve allows complete control of plunger speed in both riveting and de-riveting.  The operating air pressure is 115 psi to 175 psi. A unique feature of the Model 170-HL is the hydraulic-adjustable riveting head.  A hydraulic jack allows the operator to raise the head from a minimum height of 42" to a maximum height of 60", and lock the head in any position. Other models available are: Model 170-V Reliner - Identical in capacity to the Hi-Lo model.  Includes pedestal, countersinker, 3" x 7-1/2" grinder and high capacity dust collector. Model 170-S Pedestal Mounting- Identical to the Hi-Lo model except it has fixed pedestal mounting. Model 170-B Bench Mounted- Identical to the Hi-Lo model except designed for bench mounting.
